We can learn something new anytime we believe we can

Google is looking for your ideas that will help change the world. They will launch and fund up to 5 programs, spending at least $2 Million to get your idea implemented. Here's why they are doing it:

"Never in history have so many people had so much information, so many tools at their disposal, so many ways of making good ideas come to life. Yet at the same time, so many people, of all walks of life, could use so much help, in both little ways and big.

In the midst of this, new studies are reinforcing the simple wisdom that beyond a certain very basic level of material wealth, the only thing that increases individual happiness over time is helping other people.

In other words, helping helps everybody, helper and helped alike.

The question is: what would help? And help most?"

Google will run with the ideas once they are selected. The person coming up with the idea need not be the person to implement it.

The deadline for submission is October 20.

Debbie,

Many thanks for the alert!

Sharon Loeschen submitted a proposal for Satir skill training based on a class she developed and has taught to 1500 people. The proposal is to take it world-wide teaching others and teaching others to teach others. Once the posts go public for voting ( I think Jan 27th?) Congrats to Sharon!

And thanks to your post
