Profile Information

About me: I am a practising counsellor in Singapore and I like Virginia Satir because she reminds me of two of my favourite quotes: "If you truly love Nature, you will find beauty everywhere ~ Vincent van Gogh. Love is the Law of God. You live that you may learn to love. You love that you may learn to live. No other lesson is required of Man. ~ Book Of Mirdad".

My Satir experience/work: I am very grateful to have undergone a Specialist Diploma in Satir Systemic Transformational Therapy training with John and Kathlyn in 2004 . This had consolidated my learning in experiential therapies like Gestalt, psychodrama, expressive therapies etc. so I really feel the iceberg metaphor, parts party, stances and family sculpting comes alive in my work. And I am happy to share with so many others at the 2010 Satir World Conference in Hong Kong .

My interests/hopes and wishes.: I hope to share my therapeutic experiences with others and also to learn from the experiences of others in the Satir Network.
