I hold a double experience in software making and theatre making - finding many common points between the two disciplines.
My areas of expertise are self-organizing teams, agile software practices, performative programming, team coaching, restrospective facilitation, systems thinking and poststructuralist analysis.
I work in Paris, France, for Octo Technology as a coach and facilitator. I help organizations of various size being more efficient at, prouder of, and happier about the work they produce.
My Satir experience/work
I got acquainted to Satir's work through Jerry Weinberg's writings and practices, and I've deepened my understanding thanks to Nynke's numerous advices. I've been grounding much of my coaching work in Satir's tools and models for the last three years. I've run a Satir workshop with Willem van den Ende and Marc Evers. I'm about to run (for the second year in a row) a year long seminar at Octo, in which I present Satir's tools and models.
My interests/hopes and wishes
I'm deeply interested in helping efficiently others find their own strength and live a better life - maybe in the hope they'll make my life easier in return, assuredly to get to know myself better, cherish my own strengths and live an even better life (although right now is already a bliss).
I hope to find such efficient ways here in this community.
I also hope to find support from peers in moments of doubt while learning being a better coach.
I wish to get Satir's work more known in France and although I'm still unsure how this will happen, getting in this community's circle feels like the right thing to do :)
