Hi Diana,
The need was for my nephew. I don't know the background of the person he is working with. He lives in Danville, so he needed someone in that area. Thanks you.
Adaptive Thinking for Complex Times ... Very attractive title. And the things said about you on your site ... I am impressed. Great that you came here.
Welcome to our site. And like you describe, "In today’s complex organizations no one person has complete autonomy — everyone shares the leadership burden at one time or another." This site belongs to all of us.
Cheers,
Nynke

About me
I am an organizational change consultant and leadership development coach. I work with corporations, non-profits and occasionally with government on strategic planning, mergers, on-boarding new staff, leadership development, project management, team cohesiveness, community building and a host of other things.
I also founded Million Ideas for Peace, millionideas4peace.com, a project designed to help people to discover the peace-maker lurking inside them and inspire them to bring it out into their lives, community and the world.
My Satir experience/work
I first learned Satir in graduate school in the Organization Systems Renewal master program at Antioch University Seattle from Jean McClendon. The program is now at Seattle University. I also took training through the Satir Institute of the Pacific from Katherine Maki-Banmen and John Banmen and served on the board of directors there. I use Satir in my daily life and in my work and stay connected through a good friend, colleague, therapist and Satir trainer, Linda Lucas.
