About me: I'm a facilitator of learning and change processes in life. I love to facilitate people, groups and organisations. My focus is on personality and career coaching for people. Beside this, I organise and run trainings and seminars on personal development, soft skills, self and stress management, rhetoric and presentation techniques.

At university, I give lectures in sociology, political and social science and offer coaching for students and colleagues. As I have focused in my studies and my doctoral thesis on Central and Eastern Europe, I offer consulting service on policy issues and for organisations.

My Satir experience/work: I integrate Satir ideas and values in my self and in all of my professional doings: the facilitation of groups and organisations, and the coaching of people.

My interests/hopes and wishes.: Bringing people further on their journey is my passion. 'Change' and 'Learning' are the social phenomena that I have the greatest interest in.

Puzzling all the time about where to go, what's next, what could be the best way ... and hope to stay for the most part of my life in this confusing, yet inspiring room.

I am wishing to join this group for the following reasons;: I am looking forward to cross train and gain from exchanging knowledge, experiences and wisdom with other Satir people.
