Welcome Them!

About me: I'm a young senior-aged to perfection. Love my family, grandchildren--especially. I am disabled at current time, and have worked for years in Human Services profession-counseling in addictions, and other types of service field work.

My Satir experience/work: First time I heard about her, my instructor made suggestions on various books for supplemental reading. At that point, I was nearly psychology'd out--tired of the many long texts, and having to remember dates more than theories. Once I picked up PEOPLE MAKING I was sold. She just made so much sense to me!

My interests/hopes and wishes.: Love to study people and visit garage sales. To write a book--perhaps a novel, or non-fiction. I would like to find a way to take what I know and pass it forward. Not sure why... but it keeps me up at night.

I am wishing to join this group for the following reasons;: To connect to like minded people, and make friends, and hopefully, make a difference.
