Satir training in the People's Republic of China

Hi all,
I recently returned from PRC, having taught two parenting workshops and one training for trainers workshop to enthusiastic and grateful crowds. The Chinese people are loving the Model and so quick to incorporate it into their lives at home and at work. John Banmen has laid the groundwork for us, training professionals to become therapists in the Satir Model. Angie Dairou and Steve Buckbee are also offering trainings to organizations, companies, and police officers. Imagine China being policed by congruent officers! We have a BIG VISION for China. so exciting! I'm heading back in April and will offer my first couples enrichment four day workshop in Beijing. I'm very excited. Sandy Novak

Hey Sandy
Just got back from a public Level II Satir Transformational Leadership program in Beijing and a corporate in house program for senior managers of a multinational pharmaceutical company in Hangzhou. We were very pleased with the results. The public program included all kinds of fascinating leaders and we celebrated the completion on International Women's Day. Yes, we have a big vision for China and the local training companies and institutes are supporting us so much. Good Luck for all of your April work and thanks so much to Miranda, Ren Wei, Chen Yan, Peter Wong, all the staff at Qijia, our translators Dorothy and Jean and Monita, Jessica, Sophie, Renee and everyone else who makes the China training possible.

Hi Angie,
Great work. It sounds very exciting, what you are doing! Yes, the people who are doing the organizing are so hard-working and committed. They make my job so effortless and fun. I hope our calendars cross over one of these trips so we can meet for dinner somewhere in China. Congratulations also on developing a second level of leadership training. Can I take it? love, Sandy

Again Sandy, fabulous work! So exciting! I would love to see your outline of what you taught; is that possible? I will go the last week of November and early December and teach two days on something organizational, ensuring my offering dovetails Angie's work too as the two of us are very much a team ....she is doing tremendous work in China too!
cheers,
Anne

Hi Anne,
I added another blog from my most recent trip, home on 5/6 somewhere on this website. Who knows? anyway, yes, I'd love to send some sort of outline of whatever I'm doing. I have a parenting class, couples intimate relationship, and training for trainers. I would also love to see your org. stuff and see how you are working with organizations and Satir. Let me know what you would like. I look forward to our day together in July at the Banmens. love, Sandy
